French Canadian, IrishScot from Boston born and raised on

You may have been a creative youth and active athlete. I was an accomplished figure skater who also loves playing outside and drawing trees and animals.

After a serious foot injury and changing family dynamics including divorce, my grandmother encouraged me to learn life drawing. I soon found meditation and a creative and spiritual community in high school through friends and volunteering through insightful and compassionate mentors who sincerely modeled and encouraged self-awareness and creative expression, as well as a path of transformation and recovery.

Gratefully, I found a career path in Art Therapy through Vermont College at Norwich and OU Human Relations department with beloved Dr. George Henderson, and established my Counseling License in 2000, all while helping to raise two lovely step-daughters and our beloved daughter in a marriage grounded in soul, creativity and adventure. My career evolved through many local social service agencies and public education over the years including creative community arts events.

Eventually, I became a yoga teacher in 2008 and integrated the benefits of holistic health and wellness into my private practice. After years of teaching, I earned the Experienced & Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) in 2017, and have been teaching yoga in person and online ever since.

I sincerely love helping everyone create peace through creative and somatic ways, engaging in all things healthy and healing.

Let’s create the serenity and vitality you have been searching for…
