All about Aimee

I was a creative youth and active athlete in figure skating with a love of dance and the great outdoors, arts, and animals. After a career ending injury and changing family dynamics including divorce, my grandmother encouraged me to learn life drawing. I soon found meditation in high school through friends and volunteering through creative and compassionate mentors who sincerely modeled and encouraged self-awareness and creative expression.

Gratefully, I found a career path in Art Therapy through Vermont College at Norwich and OU Human Relations department with beloved Dr. George Henderson. I soon helped raise two lovely step-daughters and our beloved daughter in a marriage grounded in soul, creativity and adventure. My career evolved through many local social service agencies and public education over the years including creative community arts events. I became a yoga teacher and integrated the benefits of holistic health and wellness into my private practice. I sincerely love helping children, teens, adults, and other parents create peace and Serenity in their lives. I love hiking, nature, hanging out with my friends and family, our pets, Mooney, Yogi and Frank, and engaging in all things healthy and creative.
